          Can I order your goods even if I am an end customer? We only provide goods to our contractual partners. If you want to order goods for resale, please contact us.

          Do I need to log in/register to place an order? Yes, you must have login details to create an order. Only after login you will see your prices. New customers will not see their discount until the next day after creating an account.

          What should I do if I don't see my discount? You need to login with your personal login details, or if you don't have a login yet, you need to register.

          Can I change my payment method after I submit my order? If we have not yet dispatched the goods, the payment method can be changed after a telephone consultation. If the goods have already left us, the change is not possible.

          Can I still change or add goods after the order has been sent? We cannot change your order. A new order must be created, which unfortunately is not compatible with the original order.

          How should I handle the complaint? Send an email to objednavka@fandy.cz or beata.rybicka@koeximpo.cz with a description of the problem and invoice number, we will contact you as soon as possible.
